Description

I am wondering if it would possible to get a redelivery delay between redelivery attempts. Similar to initialRedeliveryDelay in the redelivery policy in the ActiveMQ client: http://activemq.apache.org/message-redelivery-and-dlq-handling.html.

I've found that in practice the redeliveries all happen immediately before the system may be ready to handle it properly (a few seconds later).
