[QPIDJMS-253] have transport config defaults pick up changes to the SSL system properties

Description

The SSL/TLS transport details for keystore and truststore path and password defaults to picking up their values from the standard JSSE ssl system properties, but the values are only read one statically.

It can be useful for testing etc to have the config pick up the current values as they are used, the config should be updated to facilitate this.
