Description

I have written a rust implementation of the AMQP 1.0 protocol called fe2o3-amqp and have recently implemented a shim for it. The shim as of now only implements amqp-types-test and amqp-large-content-test, which seem to work fine on my local machine and ubuntu focal and fedora 34 containers. I am just wondering, for contributing, do I just submit a pull request on github or should I follow some other process?
