[QPID-8301] [Broker-J] Expose information about keystore certificate details

Description

Keystore certificate details like issue, serial number and validity period need to be exposed via management API and UI (similar the certificate details available for trust stores). This should help to get the information about intermediate certificates without the need to access broker configuration. It could useful, when broker configuration is not accessible.
