Description

In certain circumstances the client throws a AMQTimeoutException with the error message "Server did not respond in a timely fashion".
This error message is misleading. It is not necessarily the server who did not respond in time. It might be that the client JVM was garbage collecting and did not execute anything which resulted in a timeout, it might be a network issue, and finally it also might be the server not responding in a timely fashion.
The error message should be clarified to more clearly express the actual problem.
