Description

Following separation from the Broker, there a a number of smaller items that need to be completed to leave the tree in a tidy state:

1. Remove remnants of the 0-8..0-10 protocol class generation mechanisms
2. Correct dependency / license
3. Removal of the qpid-jms-amqp-0-x-test-utils module
4. README file
