Description

Currently some log messages lack sufficient information to be helpful. Especially, connection and user information is usually desirable. We should add them by default to log messages.

Example of unhelpful log messages:

2016-11-22 13:24:45,180 DEBUG [HttpManagement-HTTP-106] (o.a.q.s.m.AbstractConfiguredObject) - authorise returned DEFER
2016-11-22 13:24:45,180 DEBUG [HttpManagement-HTTP-106] (o.a.q.s.m.AbstractConfiguredObject) - authorise returned DEFER, returing default: ALLOWED
