Description

Running qpid-server.bat currently has side effects on the environment of its caller. The changes it makes to environment variables such as QPID_HOME, CLASSPATH etc become visible in the environment of the caller. This can cause surprising results when the user later tries to run other programs including other versions of Qpid within the same command window.

The batch file should use SETLOCAL to localise environment changes.
