Description

The ACO unit tests have become a little unwieldy. The test cases use a test model, but this has been overloaded with too many test responsibilities and it is now rather difficult to reason about or extend.

This enhancement will refactor the test case to use several smaller models - each focused on testing a particular aspect of ACO.

No end user impact.
