Minor Description
When causing a network partition during HA testing it was observe that the group change listener can spam the logs with WARNs as it fails to discover the state of the remote nodes (its ping packets are dropped).
The repeated occurrences at high frequency of this log message are unhelpful and could cause a disk to fill.
