Description

Bld_winsdk.ps1 should allow a command line parameter to specify a shared install directory for including Proton.

If this parameter is absent then the random directory is used like before. Proton may be included by defining Proton_DIR to be the directory that holds file ProtonConfig.cmake (<install_dir>/lib/cmake/Proton).
