Description
Replies to management messages need their correlation IDs so I can tell who is replying when I send management messages to multiple routers at once.
I need to send management messages to multiple routers at once, because if I do it one-at-a-time and wait for a reply, and if one router is down, then I will hang for 60 seconds. ( 6e10 nsec ! )
