      Description

Connectors and Listeners in the configuration file for Dispatch can now be annotated with a "role" that constrains the way the connection can be used.

The only role in use currently is "inter-router". This must be specified for both connectors and listeners involved in inter-router connections. Listeners for general client access need not be annotated. Their role defaults to "normal".
