Description

This feature is extremely useful in handling intermittent errors on clients doing further processsing with received messages (e.g. POSTing to a web page which is unavailable, write to a DB that is down).

Feature should work similar to other messagebrokers implementations, e.g. Weblogic, ActiveMQ etc.
