Description

The recent changes introduced in QPID-4897 ( [Java Broker] Allow selectors on bindings from non-topic exchanges) might cause the re-binding of queues with older Qpid JMS clients (on consumer creation in cases when selectors are used). In order to fix this behaviour and still keep the backward compatibility only topic exchanges should allow queue re-bind
