Hi, Earl. This arose due to an infrastructure change at Apache. Since then, we've switched to a new website, and all such links have been changed over to new locations.

The primary documentation for what you're looking for is in the Java broker book:

        http://qpid.apache.org/releases/qpid-0.22/java-broker/book/Java-Broker-Getting-Started.html
