      Description

The QMF console python library should allow a creation of AMQP objects on the MRG-M broker. When you attempt to create a larger queue, the library timeouts waiting for the broker to complete the queue creation due to a hard-coded AMQP session timeout interval. Making this timeout configurable would allow the users to increase it and thanks to the increased interval create even large queues without timeout exception being triggered.

Currently, one can setup only connection timeout, but not the session one.
