For better integration with frameworks such as Spring, the Qpid Client should provide a pooled connection factory rather like that provided by ActiveMQ:

Whilst such as factory is beyond that required by JMS, this would make it easier for Qpid/Spring users to scale up the number of connections between an application and a Broker in a convenient manner.
