      Description

Auto delete queues are not deleted on backups if the primary fails.

To reproduce, create an auto-delete queue and subscribe to it then kill the primary. The queue will still be present on the backup. Note backups should not delete auto-delete queues that have never been subscribed.

        Field Original Value New Value
Description There are two problems with auto-delete queues and HA:

        1. If the primary dies, auto-delete queues will never be deleted from the backups.

        2. If a timed auto-delete queue times out on the backup before the primary, it can cause a replication error and shut down the backup.
