Description

I think it is strange that QPID v0.14 supports FIFO queue ordering, but not LIFO, which would make sense in my opinion. I am not so much interested in the order that the messages exit the queue under normal conditions, but rather in what they do if the queue is full.
Why don't we support a model that allows to drop the latest messages instead of the oldest ones? The most useful way would probably be to add a reverse-ring policy.
