QMF console.py does not correctly set authorized user-id

      Description

      There appears to be a regression that prevents console.py (python QMF client) from correctly setting the authenticated user-id in outbound messages.

      This will cause authentication errors, although the correct credentials have been supplied.

        It appears as if the format of the user identifier available in the connection has changed from a "tuple" type to a string.

        The following patch works around this:
