Description

Currently the JCA example code does not allow for deployment in a clustered environment without a fair amount of manual effort. Due to the way we generate connection URLS, and the fact that most JEE application servers use XML as configuration mechanism, certain characters in the URL string cause XML parsing failures (most notably the use the '&' character).

This should be addressed in the example code to at least allow for deploying the examples in a clustered environment without requiring the manual effort.
