[QPID-3732] Request/Response JCA example should be enhanced

Description

Currently the Request/Response example in the JCA project assumes that the response will be sent via the message.getJMSReplyTo() destination. While functional, the example should be enhanced to support sending a response to standard queue if the getJMSReplyTo() destination is not specified. Also, a nice to have would be a Servlet that allows for exercising the example rather than having to use the standalone Java client.
