Description

Quite apart from the frankly poor content of much of the documentation (especially as pertains to the Java Broker - see http://qpid.apache.org/books/0.12/AMQP-Messaging-Broker-Java-Book/html/index.html) ... the HTML presentation is also deeply unattractive.

We should expend some effort on improving the quality of the presentation (as well a larger effort on improving the content).
