Description

The "Programming in Apache Qpid" book does not cover all Java Connection URL options.

The edition for 0.12 is now pretty comprehensive however it doesn't cover the "retries" and related options described in https://cwiki.apache.org/qpid/connection-url-format.html

e.g.

retries
connecttimeout
connectdelay

etc.

The documentation in the cwiki page is much harder to find, so it would be useful if the Programming In Apache Qpid book contained the full consolidated reference information.
