Description

When creating a federated route (bridge) to another broker, if the bridge's AMQP session encounters an error (such as a queue reaching its maximum capacity upon delivery), messages stop flowing. Additionally, if during broker bootstrapping, if the source queue/exchange does not yet exist, the bridge never attempts to recover. Finally, when simulating a network failure, dynamically created bridge queues are not always recreated for dynamic federation routes.
