Description

Refactor the test framework to make use of the interface offered by QPID-2815 to start/stop the broker within the JVM. Create new test profiles to test 0-9-1 and 0-10 within the same JVM considerably reducing time taken for test-cycle.

Adopt new naming scheme for test profile names.

Remove support for the vm:// transport.
