Failover tests do not pass on 0-10 profiles

        I'm rejecting this Jira as it is incorrect, as many failover tests are working properly on the java.0.10 profile.

        Looking at Andrew's patches/branch, I believe the intention of the Jira was to cast light on the problems with the firing of the exception listener during failover under 0.10. I'll raise this as a separate Jira.

        Failover was indeed broken after rev 1071631 and the tests were failing.
        It was fixed in rev 1087890. See QPID-3177 for more details.
