Description

Reading "Programming in Apache Qpid" html version, section 4.2 "Subjects" has a link named Section 13, "The AMQP 0-10 mapping" with a target url that doesn't exist (gets 404 error when clicked) http://qpid.apache.org/books/0.7/Programming-In-Apache-Qpid/html/ch02s13.html
