CRLF line endings in the shell scripts

      Description

      A Java broker packaged on Windows will not run on Linux due to the CR LF line endings in the shell scripts controlling the server.

      A solution would be to force the eol-style in Subversion for these files, or to call the fixcflf Ant task during the packaging process.
