Objects from new version of QMF C++ agent libraries don't appear in qpid-tool

    Description

      Neither the cpp/examples/qmfagent or src/tests/testagent QMF objects fully register with qpid-tool. The connection and binding info show the agent process "presence" but there are no QMF objects that can be queried or invoked.
