      Description

      Running the create-example-ssl-store script provides the following output:

      $ ./create-example-ssl-stores.sh
      Certificate stored in file <qpidBroker.cer>
      Certificate was added to keystore

      This is the output from keytool but the script finishes with an 'rm qpidBroker.cer' the script contains a little more detail as comments however it would be better if the script's output gave more guidance about what files were generated and where they should be put.

        The create-example-ssl-stores.sh script isn't referenced in the docbook documentation [anymore] so resolving this task. New documentation = new JIRA.

        Committed change to remove the script and references to it. Changing component to Java => Documentation to reflect the fact there is a documentation task required to complete this task.

        We should instead delete this script and simply add documentation as to how to create the store
