getCurrent method in FailoverPolicy returns null even when a FailoverMethod is present

      Description

      The getCurrentMethod in FailoverPolicy returns null even when a FailoverMethod is present as the second half of the following condition evals to false
      if ((_currentMethod >= 0) && (_currentMethod < (_methods.length-1)))
