      Description

      I can't activate or download any plugins, because I always get "network connection problem" messages.

      Looks like it's down: plugins.netbeans.org

      I have tried to reach it from many devices with different internet connections - also from a different country (by a windows server) - nothing.

      Could you please fix it?
