[PROTON-277] dynamic flag on source/target is not handled correctly

Description

When the dynamic flag is set, the address must not be set. However if the address is not set then the engine always returns UNSPECIFIED for the terminus type. This means you can't correctly implement dynamic with the engine.

(I currently have to put one char in the address to workaround the problem).
