Description

At least the pluto poms have some stuff about the release plugin in every pom. This is no longer necessary with the 2.2-beta-4 assembly plugin. We can simplify stuff a lot with a little more in the portals-pom. If the apache 7 pom gets out before we release 1.3 we can simplify even more.
