As discussed on portal-dev...

• rearrange svn with trunk and tags
• remove "not ready for prime time" warning from portlet 2 spces
• remove a couple useless example files
• move the site project so it doesn't look like a parent, pending plans to move it somewhere entirely different
• trim/update the poms in preparation for the 1.1 portals-pom.
• try out felix bundle plugin for osgi-ifying rather than manual manifest entry insertion

• don't use geronimo servlet spec jars without further discussion.
