Apache Quarks was contributed by IBM to Github and received quite a bit of press. The project has been in the Incubator about 3 months and has an active developers list and contributions (http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/). Since this is a new name to Quarks, there has been no press on it. Discussion and voting happened on the Quarks dev list to agree upon Edgent.
