[PLUTO-339] Deprecate PortletEntity getControllerServletUri() so it can be removed in future versions of Pluto.

Description

Based on list discussion it was concluded that the PortletInvoker service is the most logical place to encapsulate invoker logic. The PortletEntity interface has a method getControllerServletUri() which breaks that encapsulation.

I propose to deprecate this method effective in Pluto version 1.1.2 so that we have the ability to remove it from a future version of Pluto, say 1.2.0.
