Description

A custom PropertyManager Service does not seem to get called when registering the service class in the 'services.properties' file of the portal.

It seems that this is because org.apache.pluto.portalImpl.Servlet hard-wires its desired services at runtime and bypasses the ServiceManager for some reason.
