Description

Calling setRenderParameter("?", "foo") causes all render parameters set after it to be missing from the parameters collection in the RenderRequest. According to spec PLT.12.2.3 (top of page 51):

Portlet developers do not need to "x-www-form-urlencoded" encode render parameters names and values set in the ActionRequest.
