[PIVOT-684] Clicking on unused space following the last character in a TextArea should move the caret to after the last character

Description

Clicking in the unused space currently seems to have no effect.
The behaviour would mirrors the caret placement following the pressing of the END key, so the END key can be used as a workaround.
