Description

Open a modal dialog with another modal dialog as its owner. Click on the top-most dialog. The dialog's owner becomes active rather than the dialog itself. This appears to be due to a flaw in TerraDialogSkin#isMouseOverRelative() and the fact that the dialog's owner receives the container mouse event first.
