Description

Add POM (Maven) files for some Pivot jars that hasn't, like tools and web-server .
But without linking them to release jars, or better, not making them a dependency for release jars.

This could be useful in some cases, for example in webapps having web-server, or in all-mavenized projects using tools or other pivot jars.

Verify also if other Pivot jars need the pom file (demos, tutorials), but these probably not, maybe tests.
