[PIVOT-215] Allow Containers to obtain the keyboard focus

Description

This will allow us to resolve issue PIVOT-213 as well as address some other potential use cases that we can't currently handle (for example, making TextArea a container; this will allow TextArea to act as a highly customizable form, similar to how forms are supported in HTML).

Additionally, focusable containers are supported by other windowing toolkits including AWT, so this will also eliminate a negative comparison point.
