Description

While working on Mouse.java and Cursor.java recently I was testing and noticed a few oddities, and maybe there are more:

• The mouse cursor changes over a checkbox, but not over a checkbox inside a ListView or TableView checkbox renderer.
• The push buttons in an Accordion header, or a Rollup expander, and the like also don't get a mouse cursor change like other buttons do.

I'm thinking there may be other places that I didn't think of / test with similar issues.
