[PIG-3819] e2e tests containing "perl -e "print $_;" fails on Hadoop 2

Description

Before submitting to Hadoop, "$" will be interpreted and replaced with something totally unrelated ($ means last command executed). The tests runs fine under Hadoop 1 though.
