[PHOTARK-50] User Registration not working

Description

After successfully authentication using open id registration page displayed then enter all the required fields in the registration form and then click to register button.It should be forwarded to the admin page but nothing happens.

Its not working in Both firefox 3.6.3 and Chrome.
