Description

The current groupId used in Phoenix maven artifacts is "org.apache". The typical groupId used for java-based Apache projects is "org.apache.$projectName", which nicely namespaces all sub-projects within the project namespace (see https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases/org/apache/ for examples)
