Description
With Hbase 3.0 beta getting close to release, we should explore supporting it in Phoenix (and Omid).
The major change seems to be using the hbase-thirdparty protobuf for coprocessors, the other APIs we use don't seem to have changed much.
We should strive to handle this in the current master branch and avoid having to create a new branch, by extending the current compatibility module system.
